Box Condition
The art supplies within the box were all great and the convenience of having them all in one place is nice; however, the box itself came damaged around the edges as seen in my picture. Additionally, the top drawer won’t close fully to reveal the entire bottom drawer so access to those supplies was difficult. On top of that the stand for the stand-up easel was mis-aligned so it wouldn’t fit into the holes to make the easel stand up. The supplies themselves, great, but the box condition was less than expected.

Yes, I am getting a refund. That's the only good thing about this purchase. I can't believe the seller would even try to sell this item like this. It's cracked in almost every corner, the wood is coming apart, and cracked. There's like a black film all over it, so the pink looks dirty. The paint brushes look like they've been used, and just look strange. They need better packaging because all the pencils fell out during shipping which also left marks all over the pink wood. The pencils look liked they have been used. This is the first time I've ever received a product from Amazon damaged, and you can tell it was damaged PRIOR TO SHIPPING. If you are on edge about getting this. DON'T. It also has like mildew/mold on it. Has a funny smell too. The quality of the products is like the lowest grade you can buy. I promise y'all. Don't get this! I just realized there's no paper pads with it either.
