Excellent to help keep my balance. Out of respect, I covered up the red as I am not blind. Just a stroke survivor in need of a light weight cane and foldable and portable, too.

Very please with this purchase. My mother in law has macular degeneration and uses this each time we go out. It folds up compact and fits right in her purchase. Great quality for the good price.

I was not sure what to expect with this product, but I have to say I am very impressed with the quality. It feels sturdy and fairly durable. It will work great for me as an identification cane for crossing streets and navigating unfamiliar areas. I have low vision, so this will work great for what I need it for.

My go to blind cane has the I guess they call it marshmallow tip on the bottom which I’m not a big fan of. It is also extra long so I needed something a little bit shorter. I found this one at a reasonable price and decided to give it a try. I can say the positives about this are that the shaft is a little bit thicker than my go to, but this thing was so loosely put together that with a little bit of a shake, it came apart.

With it coming apart so easy I decided to take it apart and tighten it up.Even after stretching the cord inside it as tight as possible it seems that where the shaft slide into each other is just a little bit loose. As I wanted this for not just a cane that collapses I needed it for its rigidity. I Even after stretching the cord inside it as tight as possible it seems that where the shaft slide into each other is just a little bit loose. As I wanted this for not just a cane that collapses I needed it for it’s rigidity. I walk a lot and there are sometimes dogs that aren’t so friendly and I need something to protect myself. Although I’ve never actually had to protect myself, it’s nice knowing that the cane is 30. If I was to have to strike out with it, it would fall right apart. So whenever I tightened it up, it was still pretty loose. That’s my biggest complaint about it. The second complaint is the rubber tip at the end. Even on some pretty smooth floors, the rubber catches in some spots and makes it a little bit hard to use. But like I said, the positive is this thing is heavy duty. It’s pretty lightweight and the handle is comfortable in any position. I would either recommend it nor not recommend it. I am really on the fence. I do plan on gluing it together to make it a solid cane.
