Vibration function doesn't work. Tried 3 kinds of batteries and nothing. Music works but it certainly isn't the reason for the purchase.
Update: The customer service is amazing! A new insert for the pillow was sent to me promptly. My son lives the texture and feel of the pillow.

Disappointed
First, u need a very small flat head to open the battery pack. The annoying part is you have to keep pushing the button in order for it to vibrate, which is extremely hard to find and push within the pillow, even for an adult. It only frustrated my child even more. Not sensory friendly for a 4 year old.
