    I bought this item for my mom who is basically bed ridden and can only use her arms a bit. She tends to scratch and pick her skin when she seems anxious. She can't really communicate but I wanted to get something so her arms/hands could keep busy. This pillow works like a charm. It is cute, has enough sensory items on the outside and putting her arm into the pillow seems to be comforting. I would highly recommend this if you were thinking about buying one!

    Update 6/23/2022 - Up until the day my mom passed this pillow lasted and was a comfort for her anxiety. I would buy it again if needed in the future for someone.
